How do I request a public record?
Submit a Freedom of Information Act request in writing to the Clerk’s office by email, post, or in person. Include enough detail to identify the records you want.
We must respond within five business days, and may extend that by a further five under limited circumstances set out in the Act.
Is there a charge for copies?
The first 50 black-and-white letter or legal pages are free. After that we charge 15 cents per page. Electronic copies are provided free of charge.
When are agendas posted?
At least 48 hours before the meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Act. The posting time is recorded on each meeting page.
