Utility billing
Water, sewer and refuse are billed together every two months. Bills are due 21 days after the billing date. A 10 percent late penalty applies after the due date.
Budget and reporting
The city operates on a fiscal year running 1 May to 30 April. The proposed budget is published each March, with a public hearing before the Council adopts it in April.
